The Developer - Benton Property Holding Ltd

Benton Property

The Capel Building's developer, Benton Property Holding Limited, is a Dublin-based property development and investment company. The company first started assembling this site in 2001, convinced about the commercial development potential of the area.

That conviction has been vindicated in light of developments currently in progress in Smithfield, the Market's Area, and indeed along many of the areas adjacent to the Luas Light Rail.

Benton Properties has recently completed the highly acclaimed conversion of Dublin's Adelaide Hospital to Adelaide Chambers - a suite of offices and a conference centre - and Adelaide Square - a residential development of 176 apartments. The combined development area of this project was 20,000 sq. metres.

The company is currently in the preliminary stages of an acquired site for another residential development in Dublin 8, and is simultaneously developing a substantial office block in North London and a luxury residential development in Mayfair's Park Lane.
